Do you remember when you were 18 years old you can eat and drink anything, and it does not affect to your figure? And now you 30 years or more, and you are no longer able to drink even half of what they could to 18. And then your body seems also not so good looking;)
Alcohol unfortunately is the strongest factor in increasing the weight at any age. How Come? It’s delicious, get used to it and in the end it has a lot of calories, which greatly affects your weight.
I see very fond of beer? eg IPA – terribly bitter taste awful drink. Calories in it is like to eat cake! But with a cake you will not be drunk, does not it?)

For example – drink light beer (Guiness, Bavaria), they are less likely calories.
Drink red wine instead of white. The heaviest wine – Italian.
