Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What delivery methods do you offer?
A: The customers of Canadian Health And Care Mall can choose between Regular Airmail and Courier Service Delivery (EMS). Note that the letter is currently available for US customers only, while Regular Airmail ships internationally.
Regular Airmail is the basic option that will have your order shipped within three weeks. The cost of this shipping method is $10. If your order is $150 and above, we will ship it to you free of charge. You cannot track your order with this shipping service until it is delivered. Once you pick it up, we will be able to check the delivery status though.
EMS ships orders within the US for us. It is more expensive than the previous shipping method, and the cost depends on your location. You can have your order shipped for free with EMS when it is above $300. Orders shipped with EMS courier service arrive within 5-7 working days. With this delivery service, you will be able to track your order from day one.
Q: Can I insure my order?
A: We’re glad you asked! As a factual matter, we can insure the order for you at the extra cost of $4.95, or free of charge if your order is above $200. In case if the shipping agent fails to deliver your order, we will re-ship it to you without any additional charge for either products contained in your order or delivery fees.
Q: How can I trace my order?
A: When you place an order with Canadian Health And Care Mall, we create a ticket for it. The confirmation email that you will get after paying at the check-out page will contain the link to Customer Support ticket page, where you will be able to check the status of your current order.
Q: My order hasn’t arrived, what do I do?
A: You should start by creating a ticket at the Customer Support ticket page. Fill out the fields with your information and contact details. Explain what happened in the message field. The more details you provide, the easier it will be for us to establish what went wrong and help you.
Q: I am not happy with my order. Can I have my money back?
A: You can contact us and explain in detail what is the reason of your underwhelming. If there is something wrong with the product that we shipped to you, we will reimburse the money paid for your order or replace the unsatisfactory product. Make sure you include the details of your order in your message.
Q: What bonuses and advantages do I get as a repeat customer?
A: Starting from your second order, you can enjoy a true bonanza of discounts and bonuses, as well as special offers. You will be able to know about special offers and limited products and get access to them ahead of anyone else. Once you enrol in our Loyalty Program, you will be able to accrue the ulterior benefits of being a returned customer.
Q: I would like to unsubscribe from your mailing list, how do I proceed?
A: You can either follow the Unsubscribe link contained in our newsletters you receive from us, or contact our support team. Let us know that you would like to stop receiving emails from us, and we will wipe your email address off our mailing list. This may take up for a few days, since eager as we are to respond to every letter we receive within the briefest timeframe, our ability to do so is limited by merely physical possibility.
Q: What was that? Are you spamming me?
A: Now, we’re not! You receive our newsletters only in case you subscribed to them, or didn’t opt out of receiving them while getting registered with Canadian Health & Care Mall. If neither of those seems to be the case, you might have been picked on by scammers that have nothing to do with our pharmacy. Identity theft is something that comes with the territory when being a sought-after e-tailer, but this is not at all the imitation that feels flattering. Quite the opposite, it compromises our reputation. We ask you to inform us about such instances so that we could protect ourselves and our customers.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Currently, we are accepting Visa, Master Card and checks. Let us know if you would like to see this list elongated in the future.
